In a large saucepan, brown the chorizo sausage with the crushed garlic and chopped onion
- 1 lb. Chorizo Sausage ($4.95)
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed ($.10)

- 2 cups broth, chicken or vegetable (free if homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups green lentils ($.75)

- Salt and pepper to taste
