1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1-oz. pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 5 12-inch flour tortillas
- 3/4 c. green olives with pimentos, chopped
- 3/4 c. black olives, chopped
- 4-1/2 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
- 4-oz. jar chopped pimentos, drained

1. Spread caramel dessert topping evenly in bottom of crust
- 1/4 cup caramel dessert topping
- 1 prepared vanilla cookie crust (6 ounces)
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 packages (4-serving size each) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
- 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

- 1 quart strawberry frozen yogurt
- 1 cup milk

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 8-10 pieces of chicken, i.e., Thighs, Legs, Breasts with bone. (Breasts should be split in half)
- 1 large Spanish Onion - sliced
- 1 large Red Pepper - cut up
- 6 garlic cloves - diced or frozen garlic cubes*
- 8 button mushrooms, sliced - not to thin
- 2 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning or Oregano
- 1/2 of a Lemon
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
