Strawberry-Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Whisk together all the ingredients in a medium bowl
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- salt and pepper
Strawberries and Cream Shortcake

In a medium bowl combine the strawberries and sugar
- 4 cups strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced
- 4-6 T sugar (adjust to your own taste)
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 4 T sugar
- 1/3 C cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 C cold milk
- 1/2 t vanilla
- whipped Cream
Spicy Green Onion Pigs in a Blanket with Sriracha Dipping Sauce

1 Heat oven to 250°F. 2 Cook sausage links in skillet as directed on package
- 1 package (12 oz) uncooked breakfast sausage links
- 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 4 green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 sour cream
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 14 thin slices pepper Jack cheese
30-Minute Dijon Chicken Skillet

1 In small bowl, mix whipping cream, mustard and salt; set aside
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 2 cans (15 oz each) whole potatoes, drained, halved lengthwise
- 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 medium red bell peppers, cut into strips (about 2 cups)
- 2 cups frozen baby sweet peas
Korean Barbecue Sauce (For Kalbi --barbecue meat) and Bul Kogi--short ribs)

Mix all ingredients together
- Sauce for 3 to 4 pounds meat:
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted and ground
- 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

- (for 1 10-inch pan):

- 4 4 4 oz. toasted almonds

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon whipping cream, divided
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 1/2 cups lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 4 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup lightly packed fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 to 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 2 pounds boneless salmon or other fish fillets

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; mix well
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
- Confectioners' sugar for sprinkling
Crock Pot Carne Guisada (Latin Beef Stew)

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro, minced
- 1 1/2 lb choice Top round beef stew, cut into small chunks
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup light beer (I used Corona light)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp dry adobo seasoning (or seasoned salt)
- 1/2 tsp ground achiote (or Badia Sazon, or paprika)
- 1 dried bay leaf
- kosher salt to taste
- 10 oz baby red potatoes, halved or quartered
