White Wonder Cream Frosting

Flavor Tip: You may add a teaspoon of any clear extract to give your frosting added flavor
- 1 16 oz. tub of store-bought white or vanilla frosting (do not used whipped frosting)
- 1 16 oz. tub (use tub of frosting as your measuring cup) Crisco shortening (I only use Crisco)
- 1 Pound (16 oz.) box of Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup warm water (you may not need to add water if needing a stiff frosting or using extracts)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Brownies:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Frosting:
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar

- 1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 ounces frozen tater tots
Tart Orange Gelatin Salad

In large bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar substitute in boiling water
- 2 packages (.3 ounce each) sugar-free orange gelatin
- Sugar substitute equivalent to 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup cold fat-free milk
- 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 cups reduced-fat whipped topping

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pork loin chops (1-1/4 to 1-1/2 pounds total), each cut 3/4-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (8-1/4-ounce) can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, drained, syrup reserved
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (29-ounce) can yams, drained and cut into 1-inch chunks
