- 1/4 cup butter, softened

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Place egg whites in a large bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping, if desired

Combine cake mix and soda and mix well
- 1 box cake mix (any flavor)
- 1 diet soda 10-12 oz (dark colored for chocolate cake, light colored for yellow or white cakes)
- Fat Free Cool Whip (optional) or topped with some fresh sliced Strawberries or whipped cream with sugar twin over it and top it with strawberries
- Adding one of two egg whites to make the cake fluffier

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup red bell pepper strips2 large shallots, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 12 ounces medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Juice of 1 lime
HAWAIIAN SHRIMP OR CHICKEN CURRY

1 Put butter, onion, garlic and ginger into a 2-quart casserole dish
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small ginger root, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp curry powder
- 5 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar (opt.)
- 1 can(s) coconut milk (13.5)
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 1/2 lb medium shrimp, shelled, cleaned, deveined or 1 1/2 lbs. chicken, deboned, cubed
Frosty Mocha

1. Pour the coffee, half-and-half, sweetener, and cocoa powder into a blender
- 1/2 cup double-strength coffee or 2 teaspoons instant coffee dissolved in 4 ounces of warm water (regular or decaffeinated)
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon nonfat half-and-half
- 4 no-calorie sweetener packets* (or 3 tablespoons no-calorie granulated sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup crushed ice

Boil the pasta until just tender, drain and place it in a large bowl
- 1 pound ziti
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 –3/4 cup sour cream (I use 3/4 to make it creamier)
- 1/2 –3/4 cup cottage cheese (I use 3/4 to make it creamier)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 5-6 slices provolone cheese
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (I LOVE cheese)
