Spanish Rice

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1-1/4 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 can (14 oz each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (10 oz each) Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Chocolate Quesadillas

1 Lightly coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray
- 4 (7 to 8 in. each) flour tortillas
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1/4 cup REESE'S Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup marshmallow creme

- 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Chips, HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Captain's Coleslaw

In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except coleslaw mix; mix until smooth and creamy
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (16-ounce) package cabbage coleslaw mix (see Options)
Presto Potato Salad

Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until fork tender, about 20 minutes
- 2 pounds (about 5 large) potatoes, peeled and cut into medium-sized cubes
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced onion (1 small onion)
- 1 cup sliced celery (1 to 2 celery ribs)
- 3 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon paprika, for garnish
Banana Pudding Eclair Cake

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 (3.25-oz) box French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (3.25-oz) box banana instant pudding
- 3-1/2 cups milk
- 1 (8-oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 7 to 8 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 can chocolate frosting

1 Heat oven to 350°F. In 2-quart saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 boxes (9 oz each) Green Giant® frozen broccoli spears, thawed, drained
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1/3 cup Progresso® plain bread crumbs

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
