Slow Cooker Bourbon Chicken

1 Spray 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup uncooked instant white rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Preheat oven to 400 degree
- 1 package (17.25 ounces) frozen puff pastry sheets, slightly thawed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 egg, beaten

Prepare cake mix according to package directions; set aside
- FROSTING:
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 36 ice-cream cake cones (about 3 inches tall)
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 to 5 tablespoons milk
- Sprinkles
Shrimp Salad with Zesty Dressing

In small bowl, beat dressing ingredients with whisk until blended

- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup zesty cocktail sauce
- Salad
- 1 bag (10 oz) torn romaine lettuce (about 7 cups)
- 1 cup thinly sliced English (seedless) cucumber
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes (about 1/2 pint)
- 24 cooked deveined peeled large shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed (about 1/2 lb)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Kid-Friendly Spaghetti

Brown hamburger in a large pan
- 1 1 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 2 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1 can 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 1 can 1 small can tomato paste
- to to taste
- 2 2 2 cups hot water
- 2 2 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. oregano
- dash dash of garlic
- Spaghetti Noodles
Brown Sugar-Glazed Ham *(GOOD)*

Place ham in ungreased large roasting pan; pour water into pan and set aside
- 10-lb. fully-cooked bone-in ham
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 1-1/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. pineapple juice
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. orange juice
- 2 t. orange zest
- 1/4 t. ground cloves
Strawberry Cheesecake Poke Cake

- Cooking spray
- 6 graham crackers, whole
- 1/2 box vanilla cake mix, prepared according to package
- 1 pound strawberries with tops removed
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- Strawberries for garnish
Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce

Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, and pepper
- Mustard Sauce Recipe:
- 1 Tablespoon butter (I have used nucoa margarine to make this a lactose free recipe)
- 1 Tablespoon flour (I have used GF flour with success to make this a GF recipe)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Cup milk (I have used rice milk to make this lactose free)
- 3 Tablespoons Mustard (you can use GF mustard)
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish (optional! I don’t add it, my dad who created this recipe does)
Chicken and Beef Fajitas

In zip-top bag, combine chicken and ¾ cup Mojo
- 22 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1 pound
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups GOYA® Mojo Chipotle
- 1lb.1 lb. round beef flap steak or hanger steak (see first Tip below)
- 2tbsp.2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1large1 large red onion, sliced lengthwise
- 2cups2 cups thin baby carrots, halved if thicker
- 2cups2 cups stringless sugar snap peas
- 1/2lb.1/2 lb. asparagus, diagonally sliced
- 1tsp.1 tsp. Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
- 1pkg.1 pkg. (18 oz.) Fajita Flour Tortillas, warmed
- Guacamole, for serving
- Salsa Pico de Gallo-Mild, for serving
- Chopped cilantro, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving

- 1 1/2 cups canned red kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- Fresh chopped oregano and parsley
