Grilled Chicken Skewers with Satay Sauce

Preheat outdoor grill, stovetop grill pan or broiler
- 9 oz uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s), sliced into 8 pieces, or 8 chicken tenderloins
- 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
- 3/4 cup(s) fat free sour cream
- 2 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
Sweet Sour Spareribs

Mix and marinate spare ribs, Salt, Cornstarch, Shoyu, Liquor for 10 minutes
- SAUCE:
- 2lbs - spare ribs or boneless pork butt cut into 1” squares
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 TBSP Cornstarch
- 4 Tsp Shoyu
- 1 Tsp Liquor (Crown Royal, Whiskey, Sherry, whatever you have in the cabinets)
- 2 Cup Honey or sugar of your choice
- 1 Cup Vinegar
- Ginger, 2-3 inch peeled, cut in half lengthwise

Slow Cooker Italian Sausage and Beans

1 Cut sausages diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 packages (12 oz each) garlic and artichoke sausages or cooked kielbasa sausages
- 3 cans (15 oz each) great northern beans
- 1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen chopped onions, thawed
- 1 cup red wine or beef flavored broth
- 1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt and ground black pepper
