- 1 cup pecans or walnuts finely chopped (reserve 1/4 cup for garnish

- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 5 1/3 cups milk, cold, divided
- 3 1/2 cups frozen dessert topping, (Cool Whip) thawed and divided (1-16 ounce container)
- 1 package chocolate instant pudding/pie filling, 6 serving size (or 2 each-4 serving size)
- 1 package vanilla (or any flavor of your choice) instant pudding/pie filling, 6 serving size (or 2 each-4 serving size)
Unforgettable Peanut Butter Pie

1 Heat oven to 425°F. Place pie crust in ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup dark corn syrup
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 1/2 teaspoons shortening
Peanut Butter Truffle Brownies

1 Heat oven to 350° (325° for dark or nonstick pan)
- Brownie Base:
- 1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
- Filling:
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
- Topping:
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
Skillet Pork and Peppers

1. Mix the first 6 ingredients (salt through paprika) in a small bowl
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
- 2 teaspoons dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 to 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 2 cups yellow onion (about 1 large), cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium green bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 medium red or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary, optional
- 2 tablespoons sweet vermouth or water
- 1/4 cup pickled pepperoncini, chopped into thin slices

- 1 pack (3 oz) lemon Jello
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 1 pack (8 oz) of cream cheese; softened
- 1 can (15 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix all ingredients except bell pepper, beans and cheese in 3 1/2 - 4 quart slow cooker
- 1 pound of boneless round steak - cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- or
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 medium celery stalks cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 20 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 medium bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 can 19 oz red kidney beans rinsed and drained
- Shredded cheddar cheese if desired

- 2 cups chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 (6") corn tortillas
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
