Cappuccino Flats

In a large bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon warm water
- 1 egg
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons shortening
EASY WEEKNIGHT CHICKEN CACCIATORE

n 6-quart sauce pot, heat Olive Oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces (skin removed if desired), (or 8 bone-in skinless chicken thighs)
- 1 (10 oz.) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup dry red wine, or water
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
Easy Chicken Strips

In a shallow bowl, combine flour and seasoned salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1-1/4 1-1/4 1-1/4 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup butter, melted
Marmalade-Glazed Steaks

In small saucepan, heat marmalade and mustard over low heat
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 beef top sirloin steak (1-1/4 pounds), cut into four steaks

Maple Apple Cheesecake Bars

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 can (20 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Nature Valley® oats 'n honey crunchy granola bars (about 4 pouches)
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
Mom's Famous Potato Salad

Sprinkle potatoes with sugar and vinegar
- 2-1/2 cups cooked potatoes, sliced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced sweet pickles, drained
Grilled Prosciutto Asparagus

- 1/2 pound thinly sliced prosciutto

- 4 lbs beef round, lean only, cut into 48 (1 1/2-inch) cubes
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 2 dried figs, minced
- 4 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp stemmed fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 4 bay leaves
- 4 cups (1 quart) reduced-sodium beef broth

Stir 2 cups boiling water into each flavor gelatin in separate bowls at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved
- 4 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 (4 serving size) package berry blue gelatin
- 1 (4 serving size) package strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed

BUNNY'S Apple Crisp

Peel, core, and slice up the apples all to pretty even size slices
- 6 cups apples ( I use Granny Smith apples.)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick margarine or butter (I cut up in tablespoons slices.)
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
