Chocolate Cupcakes

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Frosting:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons (2-1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 box (1 pound) confectioners sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Assorted food colors
Angelic Deviled Eggs

Place a wet paper towel in the bottom of the skillet and place the eggs on the paper towel
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 6 green olives, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Crystal hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 stalk celery, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except apple and nuts; mix well
