Herbed Trout with Lemon Butter

Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels
- 4 (8- to 10-ounce) fresh or frozen dressed, boned rainbow trout or other dressed fish
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel (set aside)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary or tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Snipped fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges
Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes

Prepare cake mix according to the package directions, adding peanut butter to the batter
- Fluffy Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 can ready-made chocolate frosting

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 8 ounces dry bow-tie pasta, uncooked
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, drained
- 1/4 cup fat free Italian dressing
- 2 cups small fresh cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 30 slices pepperoni, cut into quarters (about 1/2 cup)
- 3/4 cup cubed part-skim mozzarella cheese

1 Heat oven to 350°. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package
- 1 cup uncooked rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 cups tomato pasta sauce
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Sour Cream Chicken

In shallow bowl, combine first seven ingredients
- 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons minced chives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1-1/4 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (2 to 3 pounds), cut up and skin removed
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat butter, melted
Low Country Shrimp Boil

In a soup pot, combine the water, seafood seasoning, cayenne pepper, and salt
- 8 cups water
- 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
