Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar for topping
Deviled Eggs #2

In large bowl, mash the yolks with fork; mix in French dressing and sour cream
- 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons bottled French dressing
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 3/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Paprika for sprinkling
Argentinean Empanadas

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 2½ lbs.)
- GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, to taste
- 1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) Chorizo, finely chopped
- ½ onion, finely chopped (about ¾ cup)
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic, or 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ¼ cup Manzanilla Olives Stuffed with Minced Pimientos, chopped (about 12 olives)
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 packet Chicken Flavored Bouillon mixed with 1 cup water
- 1 packet (11.6 oz.) GOYA® Tapas Hojaldradas - Dough for Turnover Pastries, thawed
- All-purpose flour, for rolling out dough
- 1 egg, lightly beaten with 1 tsp. water

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup finely chopped peeled cooking apple (1 medium)
- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons coarse sugar
- Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired
Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast #2

Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
- 1-3/4 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 6 small red-skinned potatoes, cut in quarters
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Tomato Sauce-No Salt Added
- 1 jar (12 oz each) beef gravy
- 1 envelope (1 oz each) dry onion soup mix
Milk Chocolate Cupcakes with Dark Chocolate Icing

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches, or 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inches
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (if using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Lay out all the biscuits. Using your fingers, flatten slightly
- 2 (7.5-ounce) containers refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits each)
