Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken Chili

Season chicken with Adobo and olive oil; transfer to 4 qt
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ½ tbsp. GOYA® Adobo All- Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Cannellini beans
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Great Northern Beans
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Red Kidney Beans
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
- ½ cup Ketchup
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 packet Chicken Flavored Bouillon
- Optional Garnishes±
- Cilantro
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Tortilla strips
Nothing to It Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup creamy Parmesan salad dressing
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white or black pepper
- 1 (2-1/2- to 3-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Mama Dips Sweet Potato Pie

Wash sweet potatoes and place them in pot, covered with water
- 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes (I used 2 large)
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (I had enough batter for two pies)
Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 c. baby red potatoes, halved (quartered if large)
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3-4 rosemary sprigs, for skillet
Egg Fu Young #2

Stir fry ham and vegetables in a small amount of hot oil until tender but crisp
- 1/2 cup ham, slivered
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, slivered
- 1/2 cup carrots, slivered
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 stalk celery, cut diagonally into thin pieces
- 2 stalks green onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Lemon Glazed Sweet Rolls

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1/3 cup apple jelly
- 2/3 cup raisins
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot water
Crockpot Potato Chowder

Combine potatoes, onion, water, bouillon, and chicken soup in the crockpot
- 8 cups diced potatoes ($.80)
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped ($.18)
- 3 Knorr bouillon cubes (these are two teaspoons in size $.10)
- 6 cups water
- 1 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of chicken soup ($.59)
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese ($1.29)
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled ($.85)
- Dried parsley or sliced green onions for garnish – optional
Taco Seasoning Mix

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend thoroughly with wire whisk
- 1/4 cup instant minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. crushed dried red pepper flakes
- 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced garlic
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
