Crumb Boss White Chocolate Mousse

- 2 T Gelatin Powder
- 1/4 c Water
- 2 T Confectioners Sugar

Cheesy Chicken Doritos Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (I used a rotisserie)
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Chobani 2% plain yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- salsa, diced olives, jalapenos, cilantro, and additional Greek yogurt, for serving
