Homestyle Potato Salad

Place potatoes in a large soup pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat
- 4 pounds white or red potatoes
- 10 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 green or red bell pepper, diced
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cherry Ice Box Cookies

Beat butter at medium speed with electric beater until creamy
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (16-ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup red decorator sugar (optional)
Irish Soda Bread #2

Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 cup currants (or raisins)
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, or to taste

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9- or 8-inch square pan
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup shredded zucchini, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 to 4 teaspoons milk
Peppermint Sugar Cookie Bark

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line large cookie sheet with foil
- 1 pouch sugar cookie mix
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
- 1/3 cup coarsely crushed peppermint candy canes (14 miniature)
Orange Cream-Chocolate Tarts

1 In small bowl, soften gelatin in cold water
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 4 LAND O LAKES® Egg Yolks, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 1/4 cup Hershey's® semi-sweet chocolate baking chips

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - to 3 1/2-lb cut-up whole chicken

Orange-Lemon Cake

In large bowl, combine the cake mix, gelatin, water, oil and eggs; beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- ICING:
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) lemon cake mix
- 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 to 4 teaspoons orange juice
Potato Salad #2

Place peeled potatoes into large pot and fill with enough water to cover
- Dressing:
- 12 Small or 6 Medium Red Potatoes
- 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 can (5 ounce) Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Mayonnaise

- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
