  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (add more if you like it hot!)
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
  • Extra chopped parsley for garnishing
