Heat oven to 425°. Combine the garlic, oregano, salt, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- dash freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (part dry white wine, if desired)

- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

- Prepare Coating Mixture:
- 3-4 Boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs (for dipping)

- 10 cups assorted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery, mushrooms)

Place the beef, bell peppers and onions in an electric pressure cooker
- 1.5 lbs beef strips (I used thinly sliced round steaks and sliced them into strips)
- 1 green bell pepper sliced thick
- 1 red bell pepper sliced thick
- 1/2 onion sliced thick
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
