- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp cherry brandy liqueur
- 8 drops red food coloring
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
Creamy Herb Chicken

1. Brush chicken beasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper
- 4-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 (4.4 oz) package spreadable herb cheese
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 large clove garlic minced
- 1/2 lemon, tested and juiced
- 2 Tbs EVO, divided
- 1 Tbs all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

1. Stir soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in 1/2 qt casserole 2
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp butter, melted

- 2 (16 oz) packages frozen Broccoli spears
- 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese and chives
- 2 (10 oz) cans cream of shrimp soup
- 2 tsp lemon juice

Oven Roast (Portuguese Style)

Grease a large roasting pan and place meat in center of pan
- 5 to 6 lb chuck roast, most of the fat trimmed
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut in half
- 4 or 5 large carrots, cleaned and cut across two or three times
- 3 pieces of turnip (optional)
- 5 or 6 onions ( 1 large, the rest regular size)
- couple of sweet potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 2 or 3 stalks of celery, cut in to one inch pieces
- 2 or 3 shakes garlic powder
- 2 or 3 shakes salt and pepper
- 2 or 3 shakes meat tenderizer
- 1 1/2 Tbs ketchup mixed in one cup warm water
- 1 1/4 Tbs brandy flavoring
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced and put on top of meat
- 1 or more scoops of flour
- 1/4 tsp each of thyme, cloves and celery seed
