Bring water to boil for pasta
- 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz baby portabellas, quartered
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups whole grain penne pasta
- 1/2 cup sweet pepper bruschetta topping
- 12 oz bay scallops (thawed; drained)
- 1 (24-oz) jar tomato pasta sauce

In large plastic bag, combine flour and Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2-1/2 tbs water
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 2 cups oil
- 2-3 pounds chicken parts
New England Boiled Dinner

Cover meat with cold water
- 4 pounds corned beef
- 1 head cabbage, cut into eighths
- 8 potatoes, peeled and halved
- 8 carrots, peeled and halved
Twice-Baked Potatoes

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 large Yukon Gold potatoes (about 1 pound)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons dairy sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup finely shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Snipped fresh chives (optional)
Savory Party Bread

Preheat over to 350 degrees
- 1 unsliced round sour dough bread (1 lb.)
- 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 to 3 tsp poppy seeds
McDonald's Hamburger Seasoning

Mix Well
- Use THIS seasoning on ALL McDonald's hamburgers.
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons Accent?(MSG)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Mix all ingredients well. Use in a spice shaker with big enough holes for the pepper to flow.This seasoning is used liberally on all McDonald's hamburgers during the COOKING PROCESS.
Broccoli Ham Bake

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen cut broccoli
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs (about 2-1/2 slices)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 1-1/2 pounds fully cooked ham, cubed
- Shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
Potato Salad

Choose potatoes of equal size so all will get done at the same time
- 3 medium potatoes, cooked
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup very finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickle
- 1 1/2 tsp salt or more
- 1 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 hard boiled eggs or more

To make dough; soften yeast in warm water; let stand for 2 minutes
- Topping:
- 4 Cups Plain Flour
- 1 Dry Yeast package
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 stick Margerine
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup warm butter
- 1 lb Black Olives
- 1 lb Chopped Chuck
- 1 Onion
- 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Awesome Broccoli Marinara

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, basil and olive oil
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
