1 Cut pork into 32 (1-inch) pieces; place in medium bowl
- 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 to 1 lb)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 medium green onion, finely chopped (1 tablespoon)

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 pound dried garbanzos (Chick Peas)
- 1/2 pound smoked bacon
- 1 (1/2 lb ham hock)
- 1/2 lb lean beef (flank)
- 2 Chorizos
- 1 small whole onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 whole ripe tomato
- 1 bay leaf

- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 2 tsp minced fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 7 cups water
- 1 lb. (2 1/2 cups) dried navy beans, picked over and rinsed
- 1 (12oz) smoked ham hock, rinsed
- 8 oz ham steak, rind removed, quartered
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar, plus extra for seasoning
- Salt and Pepper

We based it off this page which is a pretty loose clone of White Castle, but damn if they aren't easy and tasty

- 2 pounds ground chuck- 80/20 ground beef
- 1/2 t. seasoned salt
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 24 small party rolls- I use Martin's Potato Bread Party Rolls

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a pan, bring to a boil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cups margarine
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 package chocolate bits
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Meatball Sandwich Casserole

- You will need:
- ! bag of frozen meatballs (I use Mama Lucia Brand, personal preference)
- 1 jar of marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce if there isn't any marinara on hand
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 loaf of fresh Italian bread, sliced
