Microwave margarine in a 4 quart microwave-safe bowl on high for one minute or until melted
- 1/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) parkay margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 package (12 oz) Baker's semi-sweet real chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 oz) Kraft Marshmallow cream
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chicken Pasta Salad

Cook pasta as directed on package
- 16 oz package pasta noodles
- corn oil
- 1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 to 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chicken meat
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
Beef Stew Crock Pot Recipe

1. Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 2 lbs. stew meat
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 8 oz. can tomatoes
- 3 cups beef stock
- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup cold water

Heat butter and milk just to boil
- 6 cups King Arthur flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 packages dry yeast
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/2 cup hot water
Artichoke Heart Dip

Mix all ingredients, reserve some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup mayo
- 8 oz package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
Broccoli Cheese Chicken and Stuffing

Crush 1/2 Cup of stuffing and mix with 1 Tbs Butter in small bowl
- 4 1/2 Cups Pepperidge Farms Seasoned Stuffing
- 2 Tbs Butter, melted
- 3/4 Cup water
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped Broccoli, Thawed
- 6 skinless chicken breast halves
- Paprika
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1/3 Cup Milk
Boston Butt

1 Preheat the oven to 300°F
- 4 -6 lbs boston butt
- 1 head garlic, cloves separated and peeled
- 1 yellow onion, sliced into rings
- 1 (12 ounce) can beef broth or 1 (12 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (not Tabasco, but something like Crystal)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- salt and pepper
- cayenne pepper

- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup shortening, part butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups floured blueberries
Biscuit and Gravy Casserole

- Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 1/2 ounces pork gravy mix ( 1 package of Pioneer Brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix )
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 Can (8 oz) biscuits ( 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits )
