Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Preheat your oven's broiler
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 2 lbs tilapia fillets
Quick Chicken (Dijon Teriyaki)

Preheat oven to 400 deg F
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 ounces Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Strawberry Banana Pudding Trifle

In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 mins
- 2 3/4 Cups Milk
- 1 Pkg (5.1 ounces) Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 Can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Carton (12 ounces) Frozen Whipped Cream (Thawed)
- 4 Cups Vanilla Wafers (Crushed)
- 1 Pint Fresh Strawberries (Sliced)
- 4 Whole Bananas (Sliced)
- 1 Whole Angel Food Cake (Cut into cubes, approx. 6 cups)
Cinnamon Rolls - Pioneer Woman

For the dough, heat the milk, vegetable oil, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat to just below a boil

- 2 teaspoons Maple Flavoring (can sub 1.5 - 1 3/4 tsp Vanilla)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup Brewed Coffee
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- HALVED RECIPE
- Ingredients:
- 2 C whole milk
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 4 C flour
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 heaping tsp baking powder
- 1/2 scant tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- Filling:
- 1 C melted butter
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C cinnamon (or more depending on preference)
- Frosting:
- 1/2 bag powdered sugar
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- pinch of salt

- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint (1 tsp dry)
- 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil (1/2 tsp. dry)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper

In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla creamer, sugar and instant tea
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 c. powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1 c. French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer
- 2 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened instant tea
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
Cranberry Meatballs

Combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan
- 4 dozen meatballs
- 1 can (16 oz.) cranberry sauce, jellied - or whole cranberry sauce
- 12 oz. chili sauce

- 1cup1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1tsp.1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2tsp.1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1tub1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed, divided
Kool-Aid Punch
