Mocha Malted Milkshake

Place all ingredients in a blender
- 1 packet Starbucks Via Ready Brew
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream
- 2 Tbsp malted milk powder
Easy BBQ Chicken and Potatoes

Place cut up chicken on the bottom of a 9x13 dish
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut up
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4-6 small sweet potatoes
- Minced onion
Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat oven to 425. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sonoma Chicken Salad

Prepare the dressing by thoroughly mixing together all dressing ingredients in a bowl
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup Mayo
- 4 tsp. cider vinegar
- 5 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. poppy seeds
- sea salt and fresh group white pepper to taste
- SALAD:
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- I use canned chicken (2 cans and I cook it a little bit)
- 3/4 cup pecan halves, chopped and toasted
- (I like it better with toasted, slivered almonds)
- 2 cups red seedless grapes (cut in half)
- 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
Chicken Salad

Toast almonds in the oven at 350 deg for 10-12 minutes – turn halfway thru
- SALAD:
- 1 lb. Gimelli pasta
- 2 cups diced turkey or chicken
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 med yellow onion diced very fine
- 4 diced celery stalks
- 1 cup whole toasted almonds (or slivered/sliced)
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 T Champagne vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 2 cups real mayo (or 1 1/2 cups mayo and 1/2 cup salad dressing)
- 2 T cold water
- 2 T poppy seeds
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder to taste
Cilantro Lime Rice

Heat oil in skillet, add rice and brown
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cups of instant rice
- 2 teaspoons of bouillon granules
- 4 cups of water
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- splash of olive oil
- squeeze of lime

- cup uncooked rice
- 2 10 1/2 oz. An beef consommé
- 1 cup sliced almonds
