Caramelized Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium sized bowl
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. plus 5 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 2 large granny smith apples, peeled, cored adn cut into 1/4" slices
Zesty Meatballs

Combine all in crock pot and cook on low 3-4 hours
- 1 bottle honey teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 T. horseradish
- 4-5 dashes of Worchestershire sauce
- 1 can pineapple chunks with juice
- 3 lbs. Prepared Meatballs
Mustard Glazed Chicken Breasts

Preheat oven to 375' Rub chicken lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper
- 4 boneless, chicken breasts with skin
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, plus more for breasts
- coarse salt and pepper
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted softened butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 c. coarse breadcrumbs or 1/2 c. fine breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 3/4 c. low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Spiced Couscous and Chicken

Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup couscous, preferably whole wheat
- 2 cups coarsely shredded rotisserie chicken
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 4 scallions, white and light green parts only, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for topping
- Greek yogurt and/or harissa or other hot sauce, for topping
Lasagna (10 Minute)

Heat oven to 375' Spoon thin layer of sauce over the bottom of a 9x13 dish
- 1 24oz. jar of pasta sauce
- 2 18 or 20 oz. bags of cheese ravioli
- 1 10oz. box frozen chopped spinich, thawed and excess water squeezed out
- 1 8oz. bag shredded mozzerella
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan
