- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 8 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1 c. cocoa powder, sifted

- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can drained black beans
- 1 jar of red salsa
- 1 can of corn

- 10 oz dried pappardelle

- 1 stick very soft butter
- 1 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 c. sugar

Put the chicken in a medium pot with 3 cups water, the broth, garlic, bay leaves and cilantro; season with salt
- 2 skin-on, bone-in chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 to 5 sprigs fresh cilantro, plus more for topping (optional)
- Kosher salt
- 2 pounds plum tomatoes
- 1 or 2 serrano chile peppers, stemmed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus 1/2 cup for frying
- 1 large white onion; 2/3 diced, 1/3 sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup Mexican crema or sour cream, plus more for topping (optional)
- 12 corn tortillas, preferably white
- 3/4 cup crumbled queso fresco

- 4 lb. beef roast
- 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup of water

- 14.5 oz of beef broth
- 1 lb. beef stewing meat or round steak, cut in 1" pieces

- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
- 12 oz. andouille, cut into coins
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 celery rib, trimmed and diced
- 1 1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
- 1 14oz. can diced tomates with mild green chiles
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 15.5 oz can chicken broth
