In a medium bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat the softened butter at medium until smooth
- 6 T. unsalted butter, softened
- 2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 2 T. milk or heavy cream

- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 c. vegetable oil

- 3/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 med. onion, finely chopped
- 2 med. carrots finely chopped
- 2 minced garlic cloves

- 1 28oz. cann crushed tomato puree
- 9 Lasagna noodles
- 2 cups mozzerella cheese.
