Watergate Salad

Mix all and chill!
- 1 9oz. tub of coolwhip
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 1 c. of mini marshmellows
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Potato Salad

Combine all and chill
- 3 lbs. of red skinned potatoes, cubed and cooked
- 4 ribs of celery chopped
- 1/2 small onion chopped
- 1 c. Mayo
- 1/3 c. Sour Cream
- 4 Tbs. Pickle Juice
- 2 tsp. Melting Pot seasoning
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1 Tbs. parsley
- Salt and Pepper
Baked Raspberry Custard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups raspberries (about 9 ounces)
Cheesecake Berry Parfait

Combine fruit and sugar and set aside in the fridge to macerate
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 c. raspberries
- 1 c. blackberries
- 1/2 c. sugar to macerate berries
- 8 oz. marscapone, neufchatel or low fat cream cheese
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lime juiced
Peanut Butter Buckeye Balls

Beat peanut butter and butter at medium speed with electric mixer until blended
- 1 16 oz. jar creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. butter softened
- 1 1/2 (16oz) packages powdered sugar
- 2 c. (12 ozs) semisweet chocolate morsels
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
Sausage and Egg Souffle

Crumble and slightly brown sausage
- 12 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 12 slices of white bread, crusts removed and cubed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 lb. mild sausage
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Ricotta Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Unsalted butter, room temperature, for pan
- 3/4 cup sugar, plus more for pan
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh whole-milk ricotta cheese, pureed in a food processor until smooth
- 6 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Finely grated zest of 1 orange or 2 lemons
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Basic Butter Cookies

- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Chicken Taco Pizza

- 1/4 lb 365 Everyday Value® Part-Skim Mozzarella, shredded, divided

- Corn, thawed

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chuck steak (1 inch thick), trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 package (10 ounces) cremini mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, shopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 package (1 pound) frozen pearl onions
- 1-1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 8 ounces green beans, trimmed
- 6 ounces cholesterol-free egg noodles, cooked (optional)
