- 1 loaf French bread
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tblsp sugar
- 1 tblsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 teas ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teas grated nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- FOR PRALINE TOPPING:
- 2 sticks butter, at room temp
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tblsp light corn syrup
- 1/2 teas ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teas grated nutmeg

- 2 large croissants
- 1 1/2 tblsp butter
- 1 1/4 cup chopped onion

- 2/3 cup hazelnuts

- 1/2 (15oz) box refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup butter, divided
- 6 (1oz) squares semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (7oz) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teas vanilla extract
- 1 cup salted dry roasted peanuts
- 40 caramels, unwrapped
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
- 4 (1oz) squares, semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 tblsp heavy whipping cream

- 2 cups plain chex cereal
- 1 cup roughly chopped salted pretzels
