1. Cut each roll into thirds
- 4 frozen unbaked dinner rolls, thawed
- 12 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch cubes sharp cheddar cheese

"Fried" pickles with Cilantro Garlic Ranch

FOR CILANTRO RANCH: In a bowl mix your italian seasoning, buttermilk and mayo together

- 1 1/2 Cups buttermilk
- 1 Cup Mayo
- Handful of cilantro (more or less if you like... personal preference)
- 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/8 of an onion (more or less..personal preference)
- "FRIED" PICKLES
- 1 jar pickle slices
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 375. stir together first 3 ingredients and spread onto bottom of a 9 inch pie plate
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 package refrigerated piecrusts, divided
- 4 medium size granny smith apples, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 2 large jonagold apples, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
