Chicken Stroganoff

Put frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot
- 1 pound frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. carton fat free sour cream
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Lasagna

Serve this lovely lasagna with a simple green salad and Italian bread for a complete and satisfying meal
- 1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce (I use Classico 4 cheese or onion and garlic)
- 1 pound mozzarella, grated
- 1 pound cheddar, grated (I use sharp)
- 1 cup Parmasan, grated
- 1 (24-ounce) container cottage cheese (small curd)
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (or use garlic press)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
Soft Sandwich Bread, Gluten-Free

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 3 C (420g) Jeanne’s Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix
- 2 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (this is in addition to the xanthan gum in the flour mix)
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 TBL sugar
- 2 TBL active dry yeast (I like Red Star)
- 1 1/2 C (355ml) warm but not hot milk (or milk substitute, or water)
- 2 tsp vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
- 1/4 C (60ml) olive oil
- 2 large or extra large eggs
- extra olive oil and tapioca flour for the pan
Pecan Butter

- 1 pound butter, room temp
- 1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted and warm
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix sour cream, flour, gravy mix and water in 3-1/2 to 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker until smooth
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Gold Metal all-purpose flour
- 1 envelope chicken gravy mix -- (.87 to 1.2 oz.)
- 1 cup water
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast -- cut into 1" pieces
- 16 ounces frozen California-blend vegetables – thawed
- 1 cup sliced mushroom – sautéed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 10 ounces potatoes -- peeled cut into 1" pieces (approximate 2 potatoes, weight after peeled)
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
- 4 green onions -- chopped (1/3 cups)
- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
New York Cheesecake

- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
- 3 TBS butter melted
- CAKE
- 5-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 TBS flour
- 1 TBS. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Slow-cooker BBQ Chicken

- (1) 12 oz. jar of Barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 and 1/2 lbs of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- A few shakes of Worcestershire sauce
