Roast Beef

Start with the roast at room temperature (remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking - keep it wrapped)
- 3 to 3 1/2 lbs of Boneless Rump Roast (pick a end cut with a lot of fat marbling)
- Olive oil
- 8 slivers of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Red wine, water, and or beef stock
- corn starch
Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie Bars

Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, semi crushed and sweetened with a little sugar. ( Sub: 1 (12 ounce) jar raspberry jam)

Melt butter. Add the sugars and let cool a bit
- 2 cups butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pineapple extract

Mango Ginger Immune Support
