Extremely Soft White Bread (Bread Machine)

- 1 cup hot water
- 2 teaspoons yeast

- 2 (14.1-oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crusts
- 1/2 cup (4oz.) unsalted butter, divided
- 2 (6oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 1/2 cups diced russet potato (about 1 small)

1. In a 5-7 qt pressure cooker, heat 1 Tbs
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb. bonless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, cut into 1/2-inch-thick rounds
- 2 medium celery ribs with leaves, cut into 1/4in thick slices
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups canned low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup fine egg noodles
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley

Crock Pot Pesto Ranch Chicken Thighs

Turn crock pot to high setting
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 6 ounce jar of pesto
- 1 package Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
One Pot Chicken Spaghetti

1. Heat a small amount of olive oil in the pot over medium-high heat and add garlic and onion
- 4 small chicken breasts, cut into one inch chunks
- 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp dried minced onion (or 1/2 cup diced fresh)
- Olive Oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 box dry pasta (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (26-28 oz)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan Cheese
