1. Toss the chicken with the paprika and a good pinch of salt and pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, rinsed, trimmed of excess fat and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
- 8-ounces baby bella mushrooms, rinsed and sliced
- 1/4 cup vermouth
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 small dried bay leaves
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1-pound dry egg noodles

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugars, coffee, corn syrup and salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated white sugar

- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat
- 1 lg egg
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
