Chinese Chicken and Bok Choy

- 1 1/2 Lb Chicken Breast
- 2.5 Lb Bok Choy (baby or regular are both good)
- 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbs Sesame Seed Oil
- 1/2 Tbs Chili Oil (optional)
- 1/2 Tbs Corn Starch
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbs Cooking Oil (I used Grapeseed)
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- White Rice
Steak with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce

Season steaks with salt and black pepper
- 6 skirt steaks, 4 ounces each
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/2 pound French or regular carrots
- 1/4 pound baby summer squash, halved
- 1/4 pound pearl onions, peeled and halved
- 1/4 pound brussels sprouts, halved
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms
- 4 ounces portobello mushrooms
- 4 ounces button mushrooms
- 1 medium white onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
- 24 ounces low-sodium beef broth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 ounces tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
No Fail Corn Dogs/ Cornbread Pancakes

In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, cornmeal, egg, and water
- 3 cups Hungry Jack Buttermilk Pancake mix
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal

- 2 cups water

- 3 lbs beef, cut into 1.5-inch cubes (Use a cut that is best for pot roast, i.e. rich in collagen, somewhat fatty, and tough. Lean beef will only ruin the dish.)
- 1 13.5-ounce can of Chaokoh coconut milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup (or 2 to 4 ounces) of Panaeng curry paste depending on your heat tolerance (I use Maesri, but any imported brand will do.)
- 3 tablespoons of natural, unsweetened peanut butter (I've found regular peanut butter to create an off taste and smell.)
- 6-7 fresh kaffir lime leaves, cut into very thin strips
- 1-2 red jalapeños, cut on a diagonal lengthwise (optional)
- Fish sauce
- Palm sugar
Crispy Pork Belly Recipe

Wash the meat under cold water
- 1 lb pork belly
- 1 tsp Spiced Ginger Powder (沙 薑 粉)
- 1 tsp Five Spice Powder (五香粉)
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp msg (optional)

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 1 * 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 * 1 lb of lean ground beef (I used 93/7)
- 1/2 * 1/2 sweet yellow onion, diced
- 3 * 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 * 1 tsp paprika
- 1 * 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 * 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 * 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 * 1 tsp oregano
- * Dash of red pepper flakes
- * Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
