We used penne rigate pasta for this dish because its ridges catch the pieces of tomato, garlic, and chive
- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 12 ounces penne rigate
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/4 cup snipped chives
Classic Chicken Salad

- 1 cup diced chicken
- 1 heaping tablespoon minced red onion
- 1 heaping tablespoon minced celery

- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Dash of hot sauce

- 1 jar (12.25 oz) Smucker's® Caramel Spoonable Ice Cream Topping

Tomato, Cucumber, and Pickled-Onion Salad

- 1 small red onion, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced crosswise (about 1 cup)
- 3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
- 6 ripe medium tomatoes, cored and cut into wedges
- 1 English cucumber, partially peeled lengthwise to create stripes, then cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices, larger pieces halved
- 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil, larger leaves torn
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Cheese Fondue

- 1 clove garlic, halved crosswise
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider or dry white wine
- 8 ounces Gruyere cheese, grated (3 cups)
- 8 ounces Emmental cheese, grated (3 cups)
- 8 ounces raclette cheese, grated (3 cups)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Freshly ground white pepper
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into one-inch cubes
- Assorted pickled vegetables, such as cornichons, pearl onions, cauliflower, baby carrots, and mushrooms
