Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine the oil, lemon juice, marjoram, garlic salt, dry mustard, and pepper
- 2 halibut fillets, approximately 3/4 lb
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons canned crumbled French's French fried onions

1.Combine the flour, salt and black pepper
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs lean boneless beef chuck, cut into 1 inch cubes

- 1 onion, rough chop
- 8 button mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 cup carrots chopped

- 1 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup red wine

- 1-2 sprigs thyme
Mushroom-Sherry Sauce

Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ⁄4 cup onion, peeled and minced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 3 ⁄4 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1 ⁄2 cup dry sherry
- 1 1⁄4 cups vegetable stock (home-made or use low-sodium vegetable bouillon and water)

- 1 1/2 ground beef 93%
- 1/2 tsp baking powder dissolved in 2 TBS water
- 1 tsp salt and pinch of pepper
- 2 lb russet potatoes peeled and cut into 1” pieces
- 1 TBS salt
- 4 tbs melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 green onions chopped fine
- 2 tsp veg oil
- 4 oz finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbs madeira wine
- 2 TBS flour.
- 1 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp Worchestier sauce, 2 sprigs of thyme and a bay leaf
- 2 finely chopped carrots
- Ziplock bag or pastry bag
Pasta With Smoked Salmon and Yogurt

- 3/4 pound casarecci, gemelli or gigli pasta
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably Fage's Total)
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon, cut into bite-size pieces

- Zest and juice of 1 Meyer lemon
