Combine the vinegar, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic
- Yields 3/4 cups
- 4 TBS red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions Brown beef or turkey in a skillet
- 1 lbs ground beef (extra lean ground turkey if counting points)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
