Mix together minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, coriander, cumin, clove, cinnamon, oregano, and pepper
- makes 8 servings (use in recipes that call for chicken chorizo)
- 3 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 2 tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Coriander, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Cloves, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Oregano, Dried
- 3/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 pounds extra lean Ground turkey
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry- 9 pts

TOSS chicken with 1/4 cup dressing and hot sauce; set aside
- Yields 4 servings
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed, drained
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Lightly Salted COCKTAIL Peanuts

One Pan Orecchiette Pasta

Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- salt to taste
- 8 ounces spicy Italian sausages, casings removed
- 3 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth, divided, or as needed
- 1 1/4 cups orecchiette pasta, or more to taste
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped arugula, or to taste
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, or to taste
String Beans with Garlic

Blanch the string beans in a large pot of boiling salted water for just 1 1/2 minutes
- 1 1/2 pounds French string beans (haricots verts), both ends removed
- Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper
Chicken with Red Wine and Tarragon

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the noodles
- Chicken:
- 2 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, thighs or combination of both, cut into chunks
- Coarse salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 carrots, chopped into fine dice
- 1 rounded teaspoon sugar
- 12 crimini (baby portobello) mushrooms, sliced or chopped
- 4 to 5 sprigs fresh tarragon, leaves chopped, about 2 tablespoons
- Handful flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 1/3 cups good dry red wine, such as Burgundy, eyeball it, about 1/4 bottle
- 1 (15-ounce) can chunky style crushed tomatoes or diced tomatoes in puree
- Noodles:
- 3/4 pound extra-wide egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into bits
- 2 sprigs fresh tarragon, leaves chopped, about 1 tablespoon
- Handful flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped, about 2 tablespoons
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Skillet Lasagna

1 Pour the tomatoes with their juice into a quart measuring cup
- yields 6 servings
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, minced
- salt
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lb meatloaf mix (ground beef, and 8 ounces ground pork. for spicier flavour increase the amount of red pepper flakes ) or use 1 lb lean ground turkey with seasoning
- 8 ounces curly-edged lasagna noodles, broken into 2-inch lengths (10)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup)

- 8 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil

In a saucepan, place the green beans in two quarts of boiling water, with 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups green beans trimmed
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil for sautéing
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup white onion chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Country Captain Chicken

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan
- 2 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups white and wild rice or long grain rice
- 2/3 cup flour, eyeball it
- 1 rounded tablespoon sweet paprika
- 4 pieces, 6 ounces each, boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 or 3 large cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon curry powder or mild curry paste
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 can diced tomatoes in puree or chunky style crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup golden raisins or currants, a couple of handfuls
- 2 ounces, 1 small pouch, sliced almonds, lightly toasted
- 3 scallions, chopped, for garnish
