- Sauce:
- 10-15 pound brisket
- Large roasting bag
- Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups broth from brisket
- 1/2 cup smokey barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Hashbrown Hamburger Casserole

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 20 ounces shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Banana Chocolate Chip Wheat Muffins

In a bowl, combine the flours, baking soda and salt
- 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or other chips of your choosing)

In a skillet, cook the beef, green pepper, onion and garlic until meat in no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon each white, black and cayenne pepper
- 4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped

- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 1 (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 oz) package dry ranch dressing mix
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Tortilla Crusted Chicken

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 6 ounces tortilla chips, finely crumbled

- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup guacamole, (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream, (optional)

- 4 pieces of cubed steak
- 3 medium potatoes, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 to 4 tablespoons butter, melted

- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, with liquid
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans with liquid
- 1 (15 ounce) can yellow hominy, with liquid
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package Ranch dressing mix
