Chocolate Covered Pineapple

Dip pineapple pieces into melted chocolate
- pineapple, sliced and cut into pieces
- semi-sweet chocolate
Au Gratin of Leeks

Put prepared leeks into large bowl
- 12 medium to large leeks (about 3 lbs), green parts trimmed off, rinsed thoroughly and sliced thin.
- (can add some shallots, vidalia etc)
- 2 c mascarpone
- 1 t just – grated nutmeg
- 1 t fresh pepper
- 1 1/2 t fine sea salt
- 1/2 c vodka
- 2/3 c grated parmesan
- 1 T unsalted butter
Proscuitto Sandwich

Slice Italian bread and toast both sides
- Italian bread
- olive oil
- garlic
- proscuitto
- roasted red peppers
- gorganzola cheese, crumbled
Sage Brown Butter Sauce

Heat up a pan between medium and medium-high
- 6-8 fresh sage leaves
- 5 T butter
- cooked raviolis
Veal Pasta

- veal chops, cut out and chop up center
- olive oil
- butter
- veal stock
- arugula
- romaine lettuce
- wide noodles
- poppy seeds
Cauliflower Soup

Heat oil and saute leeks and cauliflower
- 3 T vegetable oil
- 2 medium leeks, white part only, washed and chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs. cauliflower florets
- 1 t oregano
- 1/8 t white pepper
- dash cayenne
- 7 c chicken broth
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 medium egg yolks
- 1 c half and half
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- freshly ground nutmeg
Mary's Sticky Buns

Melt butter, brown sugar and cinnamon
- Icing:
- 2 packages cresent dinner rolls
- 1 package big marshmellows
- 2 T butter
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 T milk
- 3/4 c confectioners sugar
