Orecchiette with Leeks and Peas

Cook pasta according to directions
- pasta
- 2 T olive oil
- 4 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
- 3/4 c light cream
- 3/4 c pecorino
- 2 t lemon zest
Linda Fox's Seafood

Combine all ingredients and bake
- potatoes, sliced
- seafood (tuna, swordfish, etc)
- tomatoes, diced
- garlic

Don & Bob's Hot Sauce

Saute vegetables. Brown meat
- 1/3 c chopped ground pepper
- 1/3 c chopped onion
- 1 T shortening (optional)
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 quart warm water
- 15 oz tomato sauce or 3 cans tomato paste
- 1 t-1 T chili powder
- 1 T red pepper flakes
- 1 T paprika
- 1 T all spice
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1 t onion salt
Tricia Wilson's Mashed Potatoes

Mash potatoes by hand, then with beater mix all other ingredients together, until just mixed
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese with chives
- 1 t garlic salt
- pepper
- 6 T butter
- 2 c heavy cream or 1 c light and 1 c heavy
White Bean Salad

Drain & rinse beans. In a small bowl, crush garlic and salt into paste
- 2 cans white beans
- 1 t salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 bunch sage
Linda's Baked Beans

Fry bacon. Remove bacon and crumble
- 1/2 lb bacon
- onion
- 2 big cans Bush's Best baked beans, don't drain
- butter beans
- black beans
- cannelini beans
- brown sugar
- Worcester sauce
- ketsup
- mustard
- barbeque sauce
Asparagus Risotto with Gulf Shrimp and Rosemary

Blanch asparagus pieces for 4 minutes, drain, and set aside
- 12 medium asparagus spears, washed well and woody bases removed, tips cut whole and the remainder of the stems cut into 1/4" pieces
- 1 1/2 qts chicken stock
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and slightly crushed
- 5 1/2 sprigs rosemary (mince the leaves of the half sprig)
- 16 small Gulf shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cut into three pieces each
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 T sweet unsalted butter
- 1/4 c white onions, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 c Arborio rice
- 1/4 c dry vermouth or white wine
- 1 T freshly grated parmesan cheese
Vodka Sauce

Saute garlic and onion in butter
- 4 T butter
- garlic
- onion
- 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 14 oz can chopped tomatoes
- 1/4-1/3 c vodka
- heavy cream
- parsley
Mary Wilson's Sausage and Corn Chowder

Crumble sausage. Brown and drain
- Toppings:
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 large potatoes, chopped
- 2 t salt
- 1 t basil
- 1 t pepper
- 2 c water
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 16 1/2 oz cna creamed corn
- 1 16 1/2 oz can whole corn
- bacon, crumbled
- green onion, chopped
- cheddar cheese
Raoul's Sauce

Saute onion in olive oil. Add tomatoes and garlic and simmer
