Pork Tenderloin in Mustard Sauce

Slice meat. Saute scallions in olive oil and butter
- Sauce:
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T butter
- scallions, chopped
- 1/3 c white wine
- 1/4 c mustard (G.P. Country)
- 1/2 c heavy cream
Potato Puree with Basil

Puree basil and 2 tablespoons oil
- 30 basil leaves, washed and dried
- 1/2 c plus 2 T olive oil
- salt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 1/4 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4" slices
- milk
Beef Barbeque

Saute onion in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes
- chuck meat
- 3/4 c onion, chopped
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 3/4 c ketsup
- 3/4 c water
- 1 t pepper
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 2 T mustard
- 3 t Worschester sauce
Kathy Downey's Tenderloin Marinade

Mix ingredients and marinade meat at room temp for 12-24 hours
- 1 bottle Italian Wishbone dressing
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c sorgum
Lamb Ribs

Trim ribs. Add salt and lots of pepper to both sides
- Sauce:
- salt
- pepper
- garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c white wine
- 1/2 c white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c shallots
- 1/4 c pepper
- 1/2 c butter
Green Beans and Tomato Vinaigrette

Blanch beans. Mix remaining ingredients and add oil slowly
- 3/4 lb green beans
- salt
- 2 t Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t garlic, minced
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 4 T olive oil
- ground pepper
- 1/8 t cumin
- 2 T basil or chives, chopped
- 3 red ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 c red onion, finely chopped
Aunt Maureen's Rice Krispie Bars

Bring first 3 ingredients to a slow boil, being careful not to burn
- Topping:
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c light Karo syrup
- 6 c Rice Krispies
- 1 1/2 c chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c butterscotch chips
Ellie Klapp's Chocolate Glaze

Cut up chocolate into small pieces and put in saucepan
- 9 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 1 T cognac (optional)
Pralines

- 1 5 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 can pecan halves
