Brownie Cheesecake Peppermint Bars

Make brownie batter according to package directions, but add 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 family-sized box brownie mix
- 2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract, divided
- 4 candy canes, crushed

Foolproof Pink Lemonade Fudge

LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan
- 2 1/2 cups white baking chips
- 1 (16 oz.) container Pillsbury® Creamy Supreme® Pink Lemonade Flavored Frosting
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 drops red food color
- 8 candy lemon slices (optional)
Chedder & Herb Biscuits

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Biscuits:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 3 tablespoons butter, cold (or room temp works too)
- 1 cup buttermilk (i never have buttermilk so i use 1 c milk and 1 1/2 tsp vinegar... let them sit together until little bubbles appear on the top, about ten min.)
- 1 1/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (i pretty much do 2 cups)
- Buttery Topping:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (not necessary... just pretty)
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch of salt
Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

Spread croutons on bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking dish
- 2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
- 1 pound spicy pork sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish

- 4 12INCH FLOUR TORTILLAS
- 1 CAN REFRIED BEANS
- 1 C SALSA
- 2 MEDIUN PLUM TOMATOES, DICED
- 1 CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES, DRAINED
- 1/2 C CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- 1/4 C CHOPPED ONION
