- 1 SPICE CAKE MIX
- 1 21 OZ CAN APPLE PIE FILLING
- 2 EGGS
- 2 T VEGETABLE OIL
Zucchini Patties w/ Dill Sauce

FOR THE DILL DIP, IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE THE FIRST FIVE INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 C SOUR CREAM
- 2 T MINCED FRESH DILL
- 1 t LEMON JUICE
- 1/8 t SALT
- 1/8 t PEPPER
- 2 1/2 C SHREDDED ZUCCHINI
- 1 C SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 t SEAFOOD SEASONING
- 1/4 t GARLIC POWDER
- 1 EGG BEATEN
- 2 T BUTTER, MELTED
- 1 LARGE CARROT, CHOPPED
- 1/4 C CHOPPED ONION
- 1/4 C FLOUR
- 1/2 C VEGETABLE OIL
Ham and Cheese Crescent Snacks

Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, mix butter and mustard
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar or American cheese (4 oz)
Orange Creamsicle Cupcakes

Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin pans with paper liners
- Cupcakes:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 T citrus olive oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- Marshmallow Cream Filling:
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- Orange Buttercream:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Topping:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
