Chicken Whole Crockpot

Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
- Rub Ingredients for the Chicken
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- For the Crockpot
- 1 cup chopped onion, approx 1 medium to large onion
- 4 to 5 carrots, scrubbed, no need to peel, chopped in halves or thirds
- 4 celery stalks, cut in thirds
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 1 whole lemon quartered
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 lbs roasting or fryer chicken
Rock Candy Jello Shooters with Midori Melon Sour

In a saucepan boil 11/2 cup water
- Gelatin Mix:
- 1 large packet Lime Jell-o
- 2 packets of Knox plain gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups water boiling water
- 3 oz. whiskey sour
- 3 oz .Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

In a large bowl, mix all 'sauce' ingredients together then set aside
- 1 1 1 lb of spaghetti or your favorite pasta of choice
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1 lbs of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (or 1 pound boneless chicken, chopped)
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 3 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 3 3 tsp paprika
- 1 1 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
- to pepper to taste
- For the Sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup of Hellmans mayonnaise
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce (in the asian isle)
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 2 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
Egg & Bacon Hash Brown Nests

NEST Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with non-stick spray
- 20 oz bag refrigerated shredded hash browns
- 4 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- pinch ground black pepper
- Filling
- 6 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream or half and half
- pinch of kosher salt and ground pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or melting cheese of your choice)
- 1 packed cup of chopped fresh spinach leaves

Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly grease a doughnut pan
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup kefir (nay substitute low-fat buttermilk (1%) or plain yogurt)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or agave
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter and mix well
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 cups cold milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 packages (4-serving) Jello Instant vanilla or lemon or chocolate pudding
Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken

Add the cream cheese, cream of chicken, and dry italian dressing mix to the crockpot
- 2-4 lbs chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese (1 pkg)
- 10 oz cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 0.7 oz dry italian dressing mix (1 pkg)
- 1 cup chicken broth or water, divided (optional)
Garlicky Oven Fried Chicken

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless chicken thighs, bone-in
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless chicken breasts, cut in half crosswise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic, smashed to a paste
- 1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
- olive oil cooking spray
- baking sheet
Indian Aloo Gobi

Boil the potatoes in water for about 15 minutes, or until just barely tender
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- water for boiling
- 1 cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup water
Crab Rangoon Wontons

In a mixing bowl, combine the Garlic, Scallion and Cilantro
- Vegetable Oil (to fry)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 bunch Scallions (finely diced)
- 2 heaping tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- 1/4 pound Crab Meat (drained and picked)
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 16 ounces Mascarpone (Italian Cream cheese)
- 24 2-inch Wonton Wrappers
- Cold Water
- Sriracha (to serve)
