Chicken BBQ Skillet

In large skillet melt butter with curry powder and garlic
- Chicken, without skin, boneless
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can onion soup
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Glazed Salmon Garlic Honey Ginger with Broccoli

Place the salmon filets in a large zipped-top bag
- 4 salmon filets, skin removed (about 2 lbs total)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce (or regular)
- 2 teaspoons minced or chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 4 cups broccoli florets (or serve with your favorite veggie)
- optional for garnish: chopped scallion, sesame seeds, sprinkle of parsley for color
Golden Parmesan Potatoes

HEAT oven to 425°F. RINSE potatoes; pat dry with paper towels
