Southern Fried Chicken

In a large shallow dish, mix together flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
- 5-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
- 3-1/2 eggs
- 7 cups buttermilk
- 1-3/4 cups barbeque sauce
- 3 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon and 2-1/4 teaspoons steak sauce
- 1-3/4 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 3-1/2 cups oil for frying
Pinwheels Pimento-Cheese

HEAT oven to 375ºF. BEAT all ingredients except crescent dough with mixer until blended
- 4 oz (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped drained pimentos
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Cheesy Chicken Fritters

Using a sharp knife, dice chicken into 1/3" thick pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts (3 large)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour or cornstarch or potato starch for gluten free
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese (1 1/3 cups shredded)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp Extra light olive oil to saute (or any high heat cooking oil)
- Ingredients for Garlic Aioli Dip
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove pressed
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 350º and butter and flour two 9" cake pans

- 1 box red velvet cake mix, plus ingredients called for on the box
- FOR THE CHEESECAKE LAYER
- 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, divided
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder and dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup wine or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon each capers and chopped fresh parsley
