- 2 large or 4 medium chicken breasts (can be frozen!)
- 1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
- 1/2 to 1 bag of frozen peas or broccoli
- 1 lb spaghetti or other noodles

In a large, high-sided sauté pan or pot, combine the first 9 ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 bunches Tuscan kale (stems removed, torn into bite-size pieces)
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 parmesan rind
- 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 cups cold water
- freshly grated parmesan cheese (to garnish)
- red pepper flakes (to garnish)

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pkg. (about 10 ounces) frozen cut green beans
- 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
