Farm Stand Pizza

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Chunky Tomato Sauce:
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 (1-pound) bag fresh pizza dough
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup Chunky Tomato Sauce, recipe follows
- 10 basil leaves, torn
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Roast

Place roast in crock pot. In a bowl whisk together all 4 packets
- 1 (4-6 lb) chuck roast or rump roast
- 1 packet Brown Gravy mix
- 1 packet Au Jus mix
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
- 1 packet Good Seasonings Italian Dressing mix
- 2 cups water
Garlic Butter Shrimp and Rice

Prepare rice according to the package directions In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-heat
- 1 cup dry rice
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3-4 garlic gloves, minced
- 1 bag extra large, cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp skim milk
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Shredded parmesan cheese for garnish, optional

Heat oven to 350°F. Generously coat a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray
- 6 apples, any variety, peeled, cored, and chopped
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting

- 1 package chocolate pudding mix -- instant
- 4 large eggs -- beaten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans -- chopped
Chicken and Potato Honey Mustard Casserole

Preheat oven to 390°F. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 1 pound potatoes, skins on, sliced length-ways
- canola oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thick strips
- 2 medium onions, finely diced
- 5 small sprigs fresh rosemary
- HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 2 NY Strip Steaks
- 1 cup Coke
- 1/2 cup bourbon (about 2 miniatures)
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Smashed Potatoes
- 24 ounces Dutch yellow baby potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
